We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing and we do not sell personal information.

How your enquiry is handled

Your enquiry may be handled through the form on this website, by email, and in our business and client records. To run the service we also rely on ordinary supporting services — website hosting and infrastructure, and their security and access logs — and we may use AI-assisted tools under human direction to help review and organise enquiries. These are used only to respond to you and deliver the service, not for unrelated purposes.

Where it goes

Enquiries are currently sent to the business email addressmotimar78@gmail.com. This may move to a dedicated company mailbox in future; this notice will be updated if it does.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request, deliver the service, keep our business and administrative records, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that it is deleted.

Your rights
