How it works
How the 7 Plus quote process works
Booking a group transfer should not feel like a guessing game. Here is what usually happens when you send your trip details to 7 Plus, and what to include so the reply can come back faster and more accurately.
1. You send your trip details
Use the quote form. The only required fields are your name, a phone number or email, your pick-up, your drop-off and the date. Everything else is optional — but the more you add, the more precise the quote.
The details that make the biggest difference:
- Flight or ship information — the airport and flight number, or the cruise line, ship and terminal. This lets the pick-up time be planned around your check-in window.
- Passengers and luggage — roughly how many people and how much you are carrying, so the transfer has room for the group and the bags.
- Return leg — if you need a return, add the arrival date and details in the notes.
2. Marian reviews it
Your enquiry goes straight to Marian. Prices are worked out per trip once the details are in — there are no fixed fares published on this site, because a Southampton-to-Heathrow run for two people with hand luggage is not the same job as a full group with a boot full of suitcases.
3. You get the details and price back
Marian comes back to you to confirm the trip and the price. Nothing is booked until you have agreed it.
